  • Component:  DMP-5050, DMP-5060, DMP-8050, DMP-8065.2, VIP Version b1398 and newer, DMP-8000 Version 7.0.1.28 and newer
  • Control System:

Steps

  1. On the VIP under the "Configuration" tab and "Network" subtab the following settings should be set under the "Network Configuration" heading.
    • The "Mode" drop down needs to be set to NAT
    • The value for "eth0" or "Network" will be set to the IP address being used on the sign.

  2. On the "Advanced" tab and "Configuration" subtab the following settings should be set under NAT (this will not apply for VIPs using the new UI, B1688 or newer firmware).

    • This value represents the IP address that will be set on the DMP which the VIP will route traffic to.
  3. On the DMP under the "Configuration" tab and "Network" subtab the following settings should be set (these values will not change).
