Venus Scheduling: How do I stop or delete a playlist in Venus Control Suite?

For the best experience, avoid a surplus of old/unused items.   Accounts with a large excess of dormant content experience slower load times.

Steps

To permanently delete a playlist:

  1. Launch Venus Control Suite and log in by following Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite? 
  2. Click Menu button on the top left corner of the software.
  3. Click on Playlists.
  4. Click on the playlist that you want to delete.
  5. Click on the Trashcan.
  6. Delete Playlist window will pop up and you will choose Confirm to delete.

Temporarily stop a playlist:

  1.  Launch Venus Control Suite and log in by following Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite? 
  2. Click Menu button on the top left corner of the software.
  3. Click on Playlists.
  4. Click on the playlist that you want to stop.
  5. Click on the Playlist Properties at the top.
  6. Change the playlist status to Inactive. 
  7. Click Save.
