How to setup RC-100 base stations in server client mode? DD2342168

  1. Turn off RC-100.
  2. Power down base station.
  3. Turn power on to base station.
  4. Watch "In Range" LED on base station. (Refer to http://www.daktronics.com/Web%20Documents/Customer-Service-Manuals/ED-15133.pdf Sect. 18.2)
    • On power up "In Range" LED should quickly blink three times to indicate a proper boot.
    • If it does not blink three times wait for one solid five second blink that will indicate an error code to follow.
    • After the solid five second blink count the number of blinks that follow.
      • One blink (also appears to be just 6-7 seconds of the LED light on) indicates a failed radio card.
      • Two blinks (also appears to be just 6-7 seconds of the LED light on) indicates a corrupt firmware in base station.
