Hy-Tek RTD data is unreadable on the display

Symptom

  • Hy-Tek RTD data is unreadable on the display.
  • RTD text/data appears to have a "shadow" thru the middle of the text.

Environment 

  • DMP-8000
    • DVX
    • DVN
    • DVXMC
    • DVNMC 
  • Show Control
  • Hy-Tek Track & Field Meet Manager 

Cause 

  • Smooth Text and/or RTD box touches both the left and right sign boundary.

Resolution 

  1. Ensure "Smooth Text" feature is not being used/disabled in Content Studio presentation.
  2. Ensure ALL the RTD boxes DO NOT touch both the left and right sign boundary.
