Prices will not update on sign when sending sequence from DM-100 using FLR-1500 Radio kit

Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to update or change prices on fuel display.
  • Radio J-box power LED is not lit, but DM-100 does have power.

Cause

  • Server radio has no power due to radio J-box not being plugged into power.
    • Power connection inadvertently connected to DM-100 rather than radio J-box.
    • DM-100 does not need a direct power source as it will be powered through the serial connection to the radio-box.

Resolution

  • Plug the AC-adapter from the wall outlet into the J-box 12V Power In.
