DMP-8000: How do I log into a DMP with Ultra VNC

Steps

  1. Download Ultra VNC here
  2. Open Ultra VNC Viewer by clicking the green eye icon.
  3. Enter the IP and Port number for the DMP-8000, (e.g:  192.168.0.225:5900).
    • If the IP is unknown, you can also use the computer name and port number, (e.g: DMP8MAIN-P:5900).
    • Port 5900 is View-Only while port 5970 allows you to interact with the DMP unit.
    • We recommend only making changes if you are following one of our knowledge base articles or have previously consulted with our technical support team in order to avoid inadvertent changes.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. Enter the password.
    • If the DMP-8000 is locked by windows, enter the password again.
