Venus Sales: How do I make a sale for a display or multiple displays?

Follow this article to make a sales for your display(s).

Steps

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite and access the Scheduling App. See: Venus Control Suite: How do I log in?
  2. Select the Sales icon from the left menu in Venus Control Suite.
  3. Select the Create Sale button, and a slide out will appear on the right side of the user interface.

From the New Sale slide out

  1. Choose the Association.  (This is the advertiser.) 
    1. For a new association, select Add New to create a new advertiser. 
    2. Enter and Save the Advertiser Title.
  2. Select the impacting display(s) for the sales.- This can be a single display or multiple.
  3.  Click ⬅ Back.
  4. Choose the Date Range for the sale to exist for.
  5. Choose the Slot Percentage that you want filled for that advertiser. - Changing the slot percentage will impact the number of exposures per day.  Alternately, you can type in the desired exposers to calculate the slot percentage.  
  6. Choose the Slot Number that you want filled for that advertiser.  If it is greyed out, the slot is not available on at least one display.  The blue indicates what is selected for this sale. 
  7. Save to apply changes.

Verification

  1. On the Sales page, click on View AdGrid.
  2. Pick the displays. 
This should give a visual representation of the Advertiser's sale within a slot.
