When I try to Edit Playlist Items in Venus Control Suite I get an error message saying "There are no media files in this playlist" and my Media Library is empty.


  • When adding files to a playlist in Venus it shows my media library is blank.
  • When adding files to a playlist, it shows I have no files.
  • Media files are present when I navigate to my Media Library.

  1. Clear your internet browser's cache by following How to clear cache in IE8 or IE9, Firefox, Safari and Chrome?, DD2209658.
  2. Close out of your internet browser and then reopen it.
  3. Navigate back to Venus Control Suite and log in.
