Venus Displays: How do I change the default image duration.

  • How can I change the default image duration in Venus Control Suite (VCS)?

Environment

  • Product: Venus Basic, Venus Select, Venus Professional, Venus Enterprise
  • Component: Image Duration or hold time setting
  • Control System: Venus Cloud-Based, Venus Local
🛠️Account administrators have access to change the display's settings.

Steps

  1. Open the Displays App from the Apps Menu located in the top right of the VCS landing page. Venus: My navigation has changed after updates
  2. Select a display from the Displays page. 
  3. Click on the Code Compliance tab. 

The image duration settings are located under the Scheduling section. 

  1. Enter in the Image Duration default time.
    • Be sure to select the correct time measure (seconds, minutes, or hours).
  2. Click the blue Save button.
