Venus Control Suite: No content showing up on the display, No playlist created or incomplete settings
Potential Symptoms
- Display is blank with a blinking LED (heartbeat LED) and DMP and VIP are showing as online with no communication errors within VCS.
- A sale may be present but content for that specific slot is not appearing on the display.
- New content is not showing up on sign but older content is still playing.
- Playlist/s have a red ! and one or more elements of playlist have a red dashed underline (_ _ _ _).
- When viewing the playlist, 0 Items, or 0 Displays may show under the title.
- VCS Dashboard reads: "No Content Playing" & "There is no content is playing at this time."

Cause
- No playlists have been created in VCS, or an element in the playlist settings is incomplete.
Resolution
- Create a playlist and add media content and devices to the playlist following: Venus Scheduling: How do I create a playlist in Venus Control Suite?
- Content will automatically publish to the display once the device and media content have been added.
