Wireless scoreboard blanking, clock skipping or lagging; Antenna orientation incorrect

Potential Symptoms

  • Wireless scoreboard blanking out or clock skipping time.
  • Antenna on its side or pointing down.

Cause

  • Antenna is loose and not oriented properly (straight up) on the scoreboard and/or All Sport controller.

Resolution

  • Tighten antenna and point the antenna straight up.
