Code 21 does not work on my All Sport 1600 console

Potential Symptoms

  • My All Sport 1600 console will not accept code=21.
  • My All Sport console displays "Code not found" when entering code=21. 
     

Verification

  1. Power up All Sport controller, the LCD will display the firmware ED, and revision.
  2. All Sport 1600 Controller must have Version 2.0.5 or higher of ED-12480 firmware loaded for the basketball code "21" to be used.

Environment

  • All Sport 1600 Series Console

Cause

  • Versions of firmware prior to version 2.0.5 did not have the basketball code "21" available.

Resolution

  • Use a console with firmware to version 2.0.5 or higher.
