Eastern Florida State College Partners with Daktronics to feature LED Video Display at Soccer Complex

BROOKINGS, S.D. – April 29, 2015 – Eastern Florida State College's Soccer Complex received a new LED video display that keeps all Titan players and fans immersed in the game-day action in Melbourne, Florida. The displays were designed and manufactured by Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, and were recently installed at the facility.

The main display measures approximately 13 feet high by 24 feet wide and features a 15HD pixel layout. It features variable content zoning allowing it to show one large image across the entire display to highlight live video and instant replays. It can also be separated into multiple zones to show any combination of scoring information, up-to-the-minute statistics, graphics and animations, and sponsor advertisements.

The display provides excellent image clarity and contrast with wide angle visibility while also incorporating industry-leading environmental protection.

The display also includes a Daktronics fixed-digit scoreboard that will provide statistical information and keep fans and players up-to-date with all game action.

"Daktronics is excited to partner with Eastern Florida State College to help make this project a reality," said Matt Lundberg, Daktronics Schools and Theaters Region Manager. "The new installation will help provide an excellent game-day atmosphere for fans and players at the Soccer Complex."

Daktronics LED video and messaging display technology offers a long lifetime with consistent, industry-leading performance and low power consumption, providing value and excitement for years to come.
