Daktronics Wins National Contract with Cooperative Purchasing Group

BROOKINGS, S.D. – May 22, 2017 – Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, has been awarded a national cooperative contract to provide scoreboards and electronic signs to government agencies and educational institutions across the nation. Region 4 Education Service Center in Houston, Texas, competitively solicited and publicly awarded the contract to Daktronics.

Daktronics digital displays will now be made available to all members of the Region 4 Services Center as well as all other participants of National IPA. National IPA's purchasing process is user-friendly and simple. The compliance process takes care of the legally required competition for contracts. Schools have a wide selection of approved products to choose from, including apparel, furniture and scoring equipment to disaster preparedness and consulting.
