​​Daktronics Continues Partnership with Ocean, Westfield for Double-Sided Display in London​

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Feb. 24, 2015 – Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, has completed a double-sided LED video display installation in the United Kingdom for Westfield's White City location at Southern Terrace.

"Daktronics worked successfully alongside the Westfield construction team to deliver the new Southern Terrace screen ahead of schedule," said Chris Lynham, head of national accounts for Westfield UK. "Operationally, November and December is the most challenging at Westfield London, so we were delighted to see the screen carrying the first media content in time for the lucrative pre-Christmas trading period. The screen is a great visual enhancement to the important Debenhams entrance to the centre and, as the first full-motion portrait opportunity, it completes the Ocean portfolio at Westfield London."

The new back-to-back displays feature 10 millimeter line spacing and each measure 5 meters high by 2.5 meters wide (17 x 8.5 feet). These displays provide crisp, clear imagery while incorporating industry-leading environmental protection.
