​Daktronics Brings Video Integration to 2014 Baseball Winter Meetings​

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Dec. 5, 2014 – Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, will be present at the San Diego Convention Center for the 2014 Baseball Winter Meetings from December 8-10 in San Diego, California, to showcase LED video display integration and the unique content and design possibilities it provides for baseball venues.

Attendees can visit Daktronics at Booth #919 to experience integration capabilities firsthand. Three individual displays are connected with Daktronics innovative control system to form one robust display system capable of integrated content. One main display, featuring 4 millimeter line spacing and measuring more than 8 feet tall by 14 feet wide, and two tower displays, each featuring 6 millimeter line spacing and measuring more than 6 feet tall by 2 feet wide, will be highlighting recent LED installations.

Additionally, the 10-foot by 20-foot convention booth will feature a podium display with 6 millimeter line spacing and that measures approximately 4 feet high by 5 feet wide. This podium display features Daktronics versatile curved display technology available to meet the needs of any application.

The Baseball Winter Meetings are a great opportunity for Daktronics, not only to show our products to potential customers, but also to communicate with numerous people in the baseball world about the trends in technology and how some of those applications could boost the fan experience," said Daktronics National Sales Manager Will Ellerbruch. The meetings come to a close with the Gala at Petco Park on Wednesday, December 10. The San Diego Padres and Petco Park are longtime Daktronics customers with multiple Daktronics displays installed at the facility.  ​
