With its network of company-owned sales and service offices, and trained and authorized NETSM service resellers developed over the last thirty years, Daktronics is able to offer comprehensive quality service throughout the United States and many parts of the world. Daktronics can get a service representative quickly on site anywhere in the U.S. from a nearby authorized service company or a Daktronics sales and service office. No matter where your display or scoreboard is located, Daktronics can provide all levels of on-site service and support.

Rapid PartsSM Exchange Program

To serve a large and diverse customer base located around the world, Daktronics maintains an inventory of spare parts that exceeds $1 million. The company has developed programs to minimize downtime when routine or emergency service is required. Our Rapid PartsSM exchange program is unique in the industry. Under normal circumstances, Daktronics will send a reconditioned replacement part within 24 hours (almost always the same day). You’ll also receive all of the shipping-packaging and return documentation needed to return the original part to Daktronics at no cost to you. For times when the fastest parts exchange is not needed, Daktronics offers a convenient Repair and Return program. The customer sends the part to Daktronics where it is quickly repaired and promptly returned.

Daktronics offers a variety of quality commitment plans, including plans that can be customized to meet each user’s particular needs. The GoldSM plan includes repair and return and Rapid PartsSM exchange programs. The Gold PlusSM plan adds the option of backup on-site labor from a trained and highly-qualified staff technician. The PlatinumSM plan provides electronic parts coverage plus non-backup, on-site labor. Platinum PlusSM service provides reliable, regularly scheduled routine and preventative maintenance in addition to emergency labor and parts coverage. Platinum EliteSM coverage provides the widest coverage and includes electronic parts coverage, on-site labor, routine maintenance and event support for a specific number of events.
