How do I publish or remove a message or presentation to or from display in Venus 1500 v4?

Question

Environment

• Venus 1500 v4
• Scheduling - Scheduled or Continuous Mode

Instructions

Step 1: Launch Venus 1500 v4 Software

Step 2: Go to the Schedule Tab

Continuous Mode, will see Rotating Arrows on the left side

To Schedule in Continous Mode:

1. Click Add to Add presentations
2. Browse and select desired presentation(s) to add to playlist
• If removing presentation from playlist do the following:
1. Select and highlight the listed presentation
2. Click Remove
3. Click Publish to Display button in bottom left corner

Scheduled Playlist Mode, you will see Calendars on the left side

To Schedule in Scheduled Playlist Mode:

1. Click Add -> Playlist to add a new playlist
• Or Double-click on an existing playlist to edit
2. Add or remove desired presentations doing the following:
• Add by using the Green + Plus sign, browse and select desired presentation(s) to add to playlist 
• Remove by selecting and highlighting the desired presentation(s) and clicking the Green - Minus sign
3. Add/Edit the desired Start and End Dates
4. Add/Edit the desired Start and End Times
5. Click the Ok button to save changes
6. Click Publish to Display button in bottom left corner
