Steps

  1. Reference DWG-3117935, Riser Diagram; Multiple Pylon Wired In Series for JBX locations.
  2. Locate JBX1 (indoor surge card 0P-1611-0502) and wire TB2 following the figures below:

  3. Locate TB1 on JBX2 (outdoor surge card 0P-1611-0507) and wire TB1 following the figures below:

  4. Locate TB3 on JBX2 (outdoor surge card 0P-1611-0507) and wire the stranded end of W-1484 or W-2492 to TB3 following the figures below:

  5. Plug W-1484 or W-2492 into J16 on the driver board.
  6. Locate TB3 on JBX3 (outdoor surge card 0P-1611-0507) and wire the stranded end of W-1484 or W-2492 to TB3 following the figures found in step 4.
  7. Plug W-1484 or W-2492 into J16 on a different driver board.
  8. Locate TB1 on JBX3 and TB1 on JBX4 and wire as follow:
    • JBX3 TB1                                                             JBX 4 TB1
    • PIN 1 (RX+)---------------------------------------PIN 3 (TX+)
    • PIN 2 (RX-)----------------------------------------PIN 4 (TX-)
    • PIN 3 (TX+)---------------------------------------PIN 1 (RX+)
    • PIN 4 (TX-)----------------------------------------PIN 2 (RX-)
  9. Locate TB3 on JBX4 (outdoor surge card 0P-1611-0507) and wire TB3 following the figures found in step 4.
  10. For any more pylons, repeat steps 5-9.
