Broad and High Conceptual
Located adjacent to NBC 4's new home at 4. E Broad St., Broad and High Multimedia LLC is a joint venture between a real estate organization, Casto, and a media advertising firm, Orange Barrel Media. Together, the two companies conducted the $22-million renovation, transforming three downtown buildings into a retail, office and housing complex. The company wanted video technology that Anheuser-Busch, AT&T, NBC 4, Huntington Bank, Nationwide Insurance and other advertising partners would use to reach the tens of thousands of people who pass the location every day.
The shape of the building presented a unique challenge for integrating the screens into the structure. Project coordinators looked to the architecture firm, Glavan Feher Architects, to implement a design that united the historical structure with the new additions in way that was both stable and visually appealing. They turned to Daktronics to create their unique displays.
