• Manage system design to meet customer specifications
• Oversee manufacture of products
• Coordinate product shipments to meet deadlines
• Subcontractor coordination including pre-qualification requirements, contract negotiations, scheduling and union considerations
• On-site construction management including licensing and permits, maintaining project schedule, on-site safety programs, installation supervision, operator training and documentation and maintenance training and documentation
• Event day coordination including operator support, technical support, and display content
• Project acceptance including the creation of punchlist and schedule for completion and extended maintenance/service plan
