Daktronics Experience Can Assist in Design-Build Projects

Daktronics has worked on hundreds of major sports and entertainment construction projects over the years. Because of the depth of our experience in new construction, many designers and construction managers count on Daktronics to help provide integrated systems that not only will meet the needs of the building tenants for years to come, but also provide opportunities for cost savings during construction.

Keeping up with the latest technology in electronic scoring and timing systems, large screen video, and sports sound systems takes considerable time and effort. Our engineering staff is the most deep and talented of any company in our industry. They work closely with the best designers and builders, assisting with mechanical and electrical design. We are proud to have worked with the leading designers of sports and entertainment venues, including:

  • 360 Architects
  • Ellerbe Becket
  • Heery Sports Group
  • HKS
  • HNTB
  • HOK Sport, and
  • ICON Venue Group

Our construction management clients include:

  • Barton Malow
  • Hunt Construction Group
  • Mortenson
  • Turner Construction, and many others.

Daktronics works with facility designers and builders to improve efficiency and reduce costs in buildings. One example is in the development of the ProRail® attachment system, which provides an improved design for LED ribbon board installation and operation, eliminating the need for concrete fascia, providing improved site lines, and making service access easier.
