1. How do I get a receipt?
   A reciept will be auto generated and sent to you via email.
    
2. I can’t find my display size in the list.
   Email us at commercialcreativeservices@daktronics.com to request your size.
    
3. How do I find out what my display size is?
   Use your Venus 1500 software to discover your display size to order content.
   
   

   Version 4.0 and Above

   1. Open your Venus 1500 software.
   2. Click on "Configure display(s)."
   3. Click on your display (or the one you're buying content for).
   4. Click on "Edit display."
   5. The height and width of your display will appear –your display size.
   
   Version 3.12
   
   
   1. Open the Venus 1500 v3.12 software.
   2. Click on "Administrator."
   3. A page with your display(s) will come up with the height(s) and width(s).

4. How do I re-download?
   At the top of the buy.daktronics.com page, go to “My Account” and click on it. Your transactions will be listed. Click on the package where you left off and proceed again.
    
5. What if the process stops before I’m done ordering?
   Please call Customer Service at 866-343-3122.
    
6. Where do I find my catalog after it’s downloaded?
   We recommend you save your catalog to the desktop.  
    
7. How do I import into my software?
   Go to www.daktronics.com/Venus1500 . Click on Venus 1500 Tutorial and the instructions will guide you.
    
8. What if I ordered the wrong size by accident?
   Mistakes happen. Email us at commercialcreativeservices@daktronics.com so we can get you the right size.
    
9. How do I open the .ZIP file?
   There are several programs that open and extract .ZIP files. A couple we have used are 7-Zip*, WinZip*, and Winrar*. Please note, WinZip and Winrar offer free trials but will require you to purchase if you try to use after the trial has expired.
