How did the Daktronics internship help you start your professional career?
I felt the internship I had at Daktronics prepared me for my career in sales and account management and I had a head start compared to my peers when I started my career out of college. I knew how a sales team worked, how RFP's and sales quotes were prepared, and how to work on budgets, trade shows and expense reports. I really felt like I was part of the sales team. While I did my fair share of typical intern work it was invaluable that you need to prove your worth.
