A Surprising Display

The Challenge

Ouachita Independent Bank had previously installed digital displays at their first two locations, but when the manufacturer let them down, they were looking for someone that could provide them with a high-quality display, as well as good customer service. When their new branch in West Monroe, Louisiana opened, they wanted something that would really stand out in their market.

The Daktronics Solution

The display made an immediate impact on the community. "Customers were really surprised to see such a high-quality sign when we opened, and it has made a big splash," said John Tolar, Marketing Director at Ouachita Independent Bank. "Our display really helps customers notice our location, especially at night," said John. "We are currently in a modular building and hope to build a more permanent structure as we grow. The display is making that happen."

Ouachita Independent Bank also enjoys the easy use of the control software. "It is really quick to change the message, and we can easily base our content off of our other advertising," said John. The Daktronics Creative Content Catalogs also come in handy. "We really like the content that comes with the software, such as the time and temp options, and we use it in our standard content rotation," said Charlotte Boyd, Assistant Manager at the West Monroe branch.
