The Challenge

Gwatney Chevrolet in Jacksonville, Arkansas, serves the area with quality Chevrolet vehicles and maintence service. Because of its location near a busy interstate, Gwatney wanted to take advantage of the advertising opportunities available with a digital sign. Besides the advertising for Gwatney, the display would also be used for community service, enhancing both the business and the community. With these ideas, Gwatney turned to Southern Coating and Nameplate to help turn those ideas into reality.

The Daktronics Solution

Gwatney decided on a GalaxyPro® LED display for running advertisements and community messages. The approximately 9-foot by 15-foot display sits next to US Highways 167and 67 exposing travellers going to and from the nearby city of Little Rock, Arkansas, to its messages. With more than 68 billion eye-catching colors, the display brings customers off the road and onto the lot looking for the vehicle or service advertised on the board.
