Making Advertising Modern
Dairy Queen, Bismarck, ND
The Challenge
When Robbie Johnson decided to open a new Dairy Queen in Bismarck, she knew she needed something that was modern, cutting edge, and guaranteed to attract customers to the new location. She needed a sign that could be changed easily to promote different items.
The Daktronics Solution
Johnson contacted Wayne Munson at Indigo Signworks and he reccommended a full-color digital display from Daktronics. Johnson listened to his advice, and has never looked back.
"We love that we are able to put whatever we want to on it," Johnson said. "The colors are fantastic! It helps the company because you can see the display from a ways away."
Johnson's brother owns another Dairy Queen in town, and after seeing his sister's success, he also purchased a Daktronics display from Indigo Signworks. To help out the efforts, Indigo Signworks made sure the signs were the same size to allow the stores to share content. Johnson said not only does she admire her digital display, but customers have responded positively.
"Oh, they just love it," she said.
