After lightning struck their previous LED display, Cathy Brown, office manager for Jackson Honda, tried to get support from the sign company that sold them the sign. When they didn't get the service they needed, Brown decided they needed to explore different options.
The Daktronics Solution
After the unpleasant ordeal with their previous LED display, sign company Branding Dynamics introduced Brown to Daktronics' products and she knew she had found the better avenue. Brown immediately noticed the superior quality and knew that the display stood out among the crowd.
Brown says Jackson Honda is seeing more customer traffic since the new display was installed. "When we show our specials and new inventory, we definitely see an influx of newcomers," says Brown.
Content can easily be changed by using the latest version of control software. Brown comments this aspect of Daktronics confirmed her love for the product. Not only does she say the scheduling of the content pieces is a cinch, she also raves about the ease of creating her own content. "All the graphic and color options gives us a range of possibilities that we never had with the other sign," says Brown.
Now that the sign is up and running, Jackson Honda enjoys the support from local representatives. Brown mentions that she has heard from the support person several times since the install was complete. "It was nice hearing from him; he was just checking in to making sure everything was going well. It is a nice change from what we originally had," she says.
