BROOKINGS, S.D. - June 16, 2011 - Daktronics, SERAPID and SECOA will co-exhibit at the 46th Annual Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) International Conference and Idea Marketplace on July 23-27, 2011, at the Gaylord National Resort and Conference Center in National Harbor, Md., booths 129 and 131.

SCUP's conference is higher education's premier conference to focus on best practices in integrated planning.

The three organizations will focus on projects they have coordinated together—most recently the Wyly Theatre, which is part of the AT&T Performing Arts Center, in Dallas.

Daktronics automated rigging solutions designs and manufactures rigging systems for theatrical, architectural and arena applications for professional theatres, school auditoriums, worship facilities and other performance spaces. Rigging Sales Manager Ted Paget says, "It is a real pleasure to team with SECOA and SERAPID to create innovative applications for major performing arts facilities and to meet with SCUP planners and decision-makers at the important conference."

As an integrator of theatre equipment and systems, SECOA offers unmatched expertise in the planning and construction of theatre spaces, from budgeting, scheduling and engineering to manufacturing and installation. SERAPID is the world leader in heavy linear motion through the use of the Rigid Chain Technology and a full service stage and orchestra platform lift supplier from concept development to engineering to installation.
